Barbadillo in Singular is a small section of Bodegas Barbadillo which focuses on single and organic vineyards. The winery has been standing at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River for 200 years, where it began producing its first Manzanilla in its cellars. Barbadillo is the result of a diverse group of people with different accents working together in an ancient and unchanging wine-making building. It is open to experimentation, modernity, the new, and the daring. Although it is a large winery, it knows how to think small and does so. It is only by focusing on a small scale that one can see the details.
