Chardonnay is major grape variety internationally. From Bourgogne to Champagne and Spain to Italy, Australia to New Zealand, North America to Chile and Argentina as well as South Africa and even China, you can find the white wine and sparkling wine made by Chardonnay. However, different climate and soil together with the winemaking method will result in very different wine.
The grape manual harvest and selection by two times from a 1.1 ha only planted Chardonnay grapes. The selected grapes will be fermented in new French of fine gain barrels then aged in French barrels with its lees for 8 months.
This wine has shown the characteristic of aged chardonnay. Ripen white fruit like peach, toasted bread with mineral and floral on the nose. The palate is smooth and powerful with white fruit, buttery and toasty. Long aftertaste. Serve at 9°C.
I have tasted this wine recently. It shows a yellow emerald color on the glass. On the nose, ripen peach and dry fruit amora suggesting the wine is aged. However, it still fresh because of the acidity in the wine. Very enjoyable!
