This wine is blended with Chardonnay, Xarel-lo and Sauvignon Blanc. It combines the International favor with local touch by adding the Xarel-lo grapes. The aroma of peach, white flower, and sweet spice can be noticed on the nose. On the month is rich and fruity of tropical fruit but balance with the acidity. It is a very good wine to pair with seafood like boiled prawn, steamed crabs with ginger and spring onion. It also matches with steam chicken.

Albet i Noya is a pioneer of organic viticulture in the Penedes region. They owned 76 hectares of vineyards and producing more than 20 kinds of wine.
