The Xarelo.lo selected from this wine comes from 2 hectares of 66-year-old vines. Because of low yield and biodynamic treatment in the vineyard, the grape can produce a smooth and elegant wine. The grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Aged 6 months on its lees in oval porous cement tanks and in acacia barrels. These winemaking methods soften the Xarelo.lo to become an elegant wine. Winery changes the screw cap to cork this vintage suggesting the aging potential of this wine.
Fresh and crisp white fruit and attractive mineral on the nose. The palate is smooth and lively with citrus and lemon zest. Long aftertaste. It goes very well seafood - steamed or light sauces.
