Description

This is an unusual blended white wine with Macabeu, Sauvignon blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Albariño. It has a noticeable yeast note with lemon, fennel, honeysuckle and white pepper. The palate is not too heavy with good bite to its citrus and herbal flavors. Shows vibrant citrus and mineral notes on the long, tangy finish.

The Macabeu is from old vase vineyard (36 to 95 years old) and 10% of wine ferments and ages 3 months sur lies, in new french oak barrels that give the complexity of this wine.

This wine is a perfect white wine for drink alone in summer time. But it is good to pair with seafood pasta.
