Description

Mirabras is a dry unfortified white wine from a selected old vine vineyard inland a warmer and dryer area. The grapes harvest at end of August, then put under the sun for four days. Spontaneous fermentation in an old manzanilla barrel and aged for 14 months in the same barrel after fermentation was completed.

Mirabras show a very interesting sweet mix in the aroma together with some sherry touch like nuts and sweet bread, herbs, etc. Fresh and balanced acidity on the month. More almond, overripe apple, and finish with a bitter aftertaste. It is hard to classify this wine: is it sherry or white wine. You need to find your answer by trying! It's worth it.
