Description

Pastora is dry fortified manzanilla that undergoes biological aging for more than 9 years. This wine is the root of the soleras of the Solear (one of the most popular manzanillas in the globe) but is selected and aged in the La Pastora winery. En Rama (no filtration when bottling) to retain the character of the soleras. Complex but still fresh and smooth. Can pair with Seafood of course but with a Japanese miso dish will surprise you too.
