Description

Different to Pastora, Levante and Poniente, Nave Trinidad is born to the idea of fine En Rama Manzanilla but friendly and fun. I brought this wine out once for dinner with friends. Although they had never drunk sherry before, they found it easy to drink and very welcome to have a second glass.

Nave Trinidad is dry fortified Manzanilla that undergoes biological aging for around four years. This wine is the root of the soleras of the Solear (one of the most popular manzanillas globally) but is selected and aged in the El Toro winery. En Rama means no filtration when bottling. This is to retain the character of the soleras (the wine in the barrel). Fresh and smooth but still show some mature character. It can pair with Seafood. Bring a bottle of Nave Trinidad to Japanese sushi restaurants to surprise your friends.

Serve chilled around 10 degrees. In 375 ml bottle size.
