This wine is very similar to their top red wine No Stone Unturned 2015 but younger vine i.e. 45% Garnacha 20% Carinena and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon & 20% Syrah. Savoury, minerally flavors from old vine Garnacha and Cariñena are complemented by the smokiness and backbone of the Syrah and Cabernet. Drink now or keep 2-3 years more. Pair very well with Tapas!!


La Báscula is a Spanish wine project created by Englishman Ed Adams MW and South African winemaker Bruce Jack to showcase the potential of local grape varieties in different wine regions. The wines in the range have intrinsic balance; there is a balance between indigenous Spanish varieties and modern winemaking.
