This wine is selected some of the most active barrels from El Puerto with minimal Filtering. You will find the sherry from Lustau in the supermarket but you rarely find this trendy En Rama Fino. A slightly cheesy, vegetal and bread yeast on the nose. Minerals, brine, and lemon peel in the mouth.

Nose: oily notes and a hint of iodine. Drier and more intense than the Manzanilla, more layered but less rounded. There’s also a slightly cheesy and vegetal note and Lots of yeasty notes. Shells and wet stones. A little linseed oil, even a tarry edge. By far the most coastal one.
Mouth: just as with the Manzanilla, I had the impression this was a little more round, even sweetish. Sharper and more coastal, with a growing hint of bitter flor and lemony acidity. Minerals, brine, and lemon peel.
