Description

The project Quinta do Estranxeiro is the support of Eulogio Pomares and his wife, Rebeca Montero, in Ribeira Sacra. The Estranxeiro Mencía Garda 2019 was made with grapes from the vineyards "A Cova" in the Riberas do Miño and "Doade" in the town of Amandi. Fermented and raised for 7 months in chestnut wooden forts and concrete open tubs. A tasty Galician red wine where the fruit is blended with spices and earthy notes, leaving a juicy, fresh mouth with a long finish. This wine can enjoy slowly during the meal or on decenter 2 hour before serving.
