Description

Valdespino is one of the oldest bodegas in Jerez. At the end of the 1990s, the Valdespino family was losing interest in the sherry trade, and the company was sold to the Grupo Estévez but still stick to old methods and traditions until today.


This Coliseo Vors is extremely old and concentrated in Amontillado. It very aromatic with herbs, spice, and date. The palate is very concentrated with lively acidity. You don’t need to drink much just like you enjoy whisky.


Luis Gutierrez from Wind Advocate called Valdespino “the Romance-Conti of Jerez”. RP99 points
